Exercises for Health

Learn techniques to relax, re-energize and revitalize yourself. This class emphasizes stretching, flowing, controlled movement, and physical conditioning. You'll learn stretches specifically to relax tension in the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Qigong and meditation exercises are used to increase your energy, improve your health and your sense of well-being.

You should take this class if you want to improve your physical conditioning and learn some stress reduction techniques. Consider this class if you:

Exercises for Health is an on going 1 hour class. You can sign up for eight classes at a time or drop in as your schedule permits.

Wear loose clothing that allows freedom of movement. A judo gi is not required for this course.
