Mom & Baby Yoga

Bringing the miracle of mindfulness to the miracle of motherhood.

Mom & Baby yoga is a wonderful way to exercise, connect with yourself and your baby, and prepare for the journey of motherhood. Our classes are taught in the style of Whole Birth™ Yoga, developed by Robin Sale based in part on the mindfulness technique of Jon Kabat-Zinn. A typical class consists of 15-minutes of discussion, one hour of hatha yoga, and a 15-minute deep relaxation.

A series of six classes is $90. A single dropin class is $20. See the Payment and Cancellation Policies page for additional payment information.
