Ternion Academy's name is an English word that
means a set of threes or a system of threes.
The goals and philosophy of
Ternion Academy
can best be described by three sets of three elements.
These elements are the mechanical principals of jujitsu
and the basis for skill development.
Balance
Leverage
the use of Inertia
The means to develop self-respect, self discipline,
and social responsibility.
Honesty
Integrity
Positive attitude
The development of self-knowledge, trust, and wisdom comes from the
integration of
the three parts of the individual.
Body
Mind
Spirit
All of these elements can lead to a happy life.
