Get into shape and learn self-defense techniques at the same time! In this class, we'll do exercises to increase your strength and flexibility and to improve your aerobic capacity. In addition, the exercises have practical, self-defense applications. We will also discusss and practice self-defense strategies and tactics.
It's a great way to feel good about yourself and safer as well!
The class is structured as 8 1-hour sessions and can be started at any
time. The class can be taken multiple times as well, for continued conditioning
and self-defense practice.
